What is it?

 Hybrid life coaching is personal fitness training while you discuss life goals. At the end of each session you will be motivated to achieve them. The exercising will be according to your desire from just walking on a treadmill to doing heavy exercising if you want but the key is to move your body while we are discussing your objectives. When you leave your session, you will be compelled to move in the right direction toward the things you desire. 

Each session is designed to help free you from desperation and find inspiration.
